 First of all I want to stress that this site is not an ideal one, it is full of articles, pictures and ideas about plastic surgery, but it is not well-structured yet. You won’t find any guidelines here, so you can wander around the site pages freely, without any prejudices.

  I am Arbatov V. V. and I will try to do my best to abstain from common, traditional way of representing my information. I will try to create an equivalent of literary elegance in the presentation of my surgical originality.

  Thanks to the website I can share my professional opinion, express my point of view and I have opportunity to communicate with my patients. It makes me feel pleased. I ask you to forgive my intention to moralizing and preachment with some irony beforehand that is not always appropriate. I want every patient to be a diligent critic and to help me to motivate me (but I ask nobody to petty nit-pick). Plastic surgery is a very sophisticated science and so many possible operations, so many atoms in the Universe.

  Nowadays everything in plastic surgery becomes more "multimedia", but I ask you not to forget that surgery is - a "hand-made" art,. Like in every "handcraft with traditions” plastic surgeon has to improve his knowledge and technique, it is very important to strive to an absolute technical excellence (that is generously hidden sometimes).

  Both communication with my patients via my own website and my profession in general is invaluable experience for me; it gives me pure pleasure. Every time I stand near operating table or write something (like an article or a reply to the question of my client) I feel waves of endorphins in my blood that make me feel alive.
